- Fluent in English and Romanian and confident with using technology
As a Customer Services Advisor, you will be the first point of contact between the British Council in Romania and its external or internal customers.
We’ll expect you to:
- deal directly with customers by phone, e-mail and face-to-face and establish a positive rapport with them
- identify customers’ needs and match them to available options
- register customers for English courses, Exams, Library and other British Council services
- handle British Council revenue in cash and credit card
- meet team and individual targets as agreed with your line manager
