Welcome to a ten-hour course focused on interpersonal and intercultural communication. You will practice identifying different communication preferences and how to utilise this knowledge to build rapport and avoid potential barriers to it in a professional setting. Building on this, you will also interrogate personal values and how these can impact beliefs and behaviour, and how these values can be interpreted differently in various contexts. The course concludes with an opportunity to deliver a short group presentation on the topics covered.
