The Leadership Training in Oradea (13–16 February 2025) brought together young leaders from Romania and Ukraine for a four-day programme focused on developing leadership and entrepreneurial skills, building lasting networks, and creating meaningful social impact.

Participants explored their leadership potential while gaining practical skills in entrepreneurship, critical thinking, non-violent communication, empathy, and active listening.

Through hands-on activities, teamwork exercises, and simulation games, they learned to collaborate effectively and drive positive change in their communities. Sessions like “Me and the Group,” “What Makes Me ‘Me’?” or “Mapping the Community” offered a dynamic mix of reflection, skill-building, and action-oriented learning.

Upon completion of the training, participants had the opportunity to implement their own initiatives within the community, with funding provided as part of the project.

The programme not only equipped the participants with essential tools to navigate today’s challenges but also fostered meaningful connections and collaboration between young leaders, laying a strong foundation for ongoing youth leadership and social impact through the Youth Connect for Ukraine 2025 journey.
