You can register your candidates by email or online:
Step 1
Candidates' registration by email
Complete the Candidate Information Table for preparation centres (see the Downloads section below). Email your completed candidate information table and a copy of the payment proof to contact@britishcouncil.ro.
Or online
Before registering your candidates, contact us to request a username and password. You will then be able to register your candidates online, using the preparation centre portal. Email a copy of the payment proof to contact@britishcouncil.ro, within two working days of online registration. These tutorials will tell you more about how to upload candidates and edit/search them.
Step 2
Terms and conditions
Every candidate or their parent/legal guardian (for candidates under 18 years old) must sign our Terms and Conditions for block entry candidates (see the Downloads section below). You must post the signed terms and conditions to the British Council centre (Bucharest, Cluj or Iasi) that you wish to register with.
Step 3
Exam fee payment
You can find the exam fees listed on our dates, fees and locations page. The coordinating teacher is responsible for collecting the exam fees for all candidates registered on behalf of that school/institution.
