Online Results
Online results are usually released four to six weeks after the date of the written exam (for paper based exams) or two to three weeks (for computer based exams). Visit the result dates page to find out exactly when your results will be released. Results are confidential and cannot be displayed or communicated by telephone.
Please be aware that your result may be delayed by Cambridge English, from reasons beyond British Council's control.
Individual candidates
Candidates have direct access to their results via the Cambridge English online results service. Each candidate's Confirmation of Entry includes login details and candidates also receive a result notification email. Candidates must retain their Confirmation of Entry until they have received their results.
Preparation centres
All preparation centres that register candidates for Cambridge English Language examinations will be able to access their students' results and Statement of Results directly on the Cambridge English site for preparation centres. Following the first candidate registration, all preparation centres receive an email with login details.
The malpractice (cheating) procedure
Cambridge Assessment English could decide to withhold the results of candidates who are suspected of cheating in the exam, according to the malpractice procedure detailed in this document.
Results enquiries
If you wish to query your result, you will need to submit via email an Enquiry on Results form and pay the fee specified on the form. You will need to do this before the deadline mentioned in the result notification email. You cannot query speaking paper results.
